These Terms govern your use of the IVF Clinic Directory located at ivfclinicdirectory.com (“the Directory”). The Directory is owned and operated by Remembryo (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Directory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Directory.
1. Who We Are
The IVF Clinic Directory is a resource designed to help patients compare fertility clinics by services, pricing, policies, and other clinic-reported information.
2. What the Directory Provides
The Directory allows users to:
• view public clinic profiles
• compare clinic services, pricing, programs, and policies as reported by clinics
• browse photos and videos uploaded by clinics
• contact clinics through a secure messaging form
• save favorite clinics (registered users only)
Clinic profiles contain information submitted directly by clinics. We do not verify or audit clinical, medical, or financial claims unless specifically stated.
3. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to:
• manage saved clinics
• submit clinic listings (for authorized clinic representatives)
• update previously submitted listings
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to disable or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Clinic Listings and Submissions
Clinics that create listings or submit information must follow the Submission Terms of Service, which govern:
• accuracy and responsibility for submitted information
• media upload standards
• staff consent requirements for names and photos
• acceptable content and prohibited claims
• legal and regulatory compliance
• our right to review, edit, or remove content
• intellectual property and usage rights
• payment terms for Featured listings
• terms for Academic listings

5. Patient Contact Forms
Patients may contact clinics directly through the Directory’s messaging system. When a message is submitted:
• it is forwarded to the clinic’s contact email
• we do not monitor, endorse, or participate in any communication
• we do not provide medical advice or referrals
Clinics are solely responsible for responding to patient inquiries.
6. Payments for Featured Listings
Featured listings are billed through Stripe. Payments renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless canceled.
• Clinics may cancel at any time
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
The Directory may adjust pricing or introduce new tiers; clinics will be notified of material changes.
7. Intellectual Property
Except for clinic-submitted content (governed by the Submission Terms of Service), all Directory content—including layout, design, text, icons, and formatting—belongs to Remembryo.
You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce Directory content without permission, including automated scraping or data extraction.
8. Disclaimers
No medical advice.
The Directory provides general, informational content only. Nothing on the site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients must consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
Clinic-submitted content.
Clinic information is displayed “as provided.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any clinic-submitted information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remembryo is not liable for:
• inaccuracies or omissions in clinic-reported information
• patient decisions based on Directory content
• communication between patients and clinics
• technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the Directory is at your own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Directory means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
European users retain any mandatory consumer protections in their jurisdiction.
