Staff Information

Clinics are responsible for obtaining permission from any staff member whose name, role, biography, photo, or video is submitted to the Directory. Clinics are responsible for removing or updating staff information upon request.

Media Uploads (Images and Videos)

Clinics may upload images or videos, including:

Facility photos
Staff or team photos
Laboratory photos
Clinic videos

Clinics must not upload any identifiable patient information, including:

Photos or videos showing patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, lab screens with this information, documents, or labels
Images with EXIF or GPS metadata that could identify a patient

Any material found to contain patient information will be removed immediately.

Payment Information

Payments for Featured or Academic listings are processed securely by Stripe through the GetPaid plugin.
We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

B. Information Patients Provide

Register for an account
Save favorite clinics
Contact clinics through the Directory

Password (hashed securely)
Account preferences
Information submitted through contact forms

Messages sent to clinics are forwarded directly to the clinic’s contact email. We do not monitor or participate in these communications.
