- Do I need a credit card right now for a Featured listing?
No. Featured listings are currently free while the directory is in early development.
- Can I switch between listing types later?
Yes. You can switch from Featured to Basic at any time without losing your information. If you upgrade again later, everything will still be there.
- If the directory creates a profile for me, what type will it be?
Profiles created by the directory are defaulted to Basic, and can be switched to Featured or Academic at any time.
- When will paid plans begin?
If pricing is introduced, it will happen once the directory has grown and is seeing consistent patient use. Clinics will receive advance notice and can switch to a Basic listing at any time.
